Quality of this product is not good at all. It had all the features for a great price, mp3 capability, portability. After 45 or so days it just stopped working. Found out the warranty wont cover the product, stuck with a lemon.
I was hoping that dispite the negative reviews, that I would be lucky. No such luck. The cd player never worked. Sending it back for a refund.
and they sent me a replacement right away. The 7yr old's worked great, but the 4yr old's did not. I bought 2 of these for my boys 4 & 7 for Christmas. I got it literally a day later. It's radio worked, but the CD player would not work properly at all. I made contact with Amazon's customer service (which can be terribly hard to do so sometimes). But they sent me 2 instead of 1 because I ordered 2 the first time. Besides that confusion and frustration of the returns.I'm glad my sons enjoy their personal CD players.
This replaces an older MP3 player. It is quicker to categorize and play multi-programs. However; program titles do not display therefor make play selection less than ideal. I still like this system.
Love the product. Purchased it for my father who wants to start listening to MP3's and wasn't ready for an MP3 player. He listens to books, radio classics, music. All for an extremely low price for around $30 you can not go wrong with this product.
